Emmanuel Bonnardot is a versatile musician focusing on the efficiency of both vocal and instrumental music from the center Age groups. As both a vocalist and fiddler, Bonnardot is a core person in the Outfit Gilles Binchois. In 1989, he co-founded the ensemble Alla Francesca along with Brigitte Lesne (tone of voice, harp) and Pierre Hamon (winds). Alla Francesca performs repertoire which range from eleventh hundred years troubadour tracks to fifteenth hundred years polyphonic compositions. The ensemble frequently collaborates with the guts for Medieval Music in Paris, where Bonnardot as well as the additional associates of Alla Francesca show. With Alla Francesca, Bonnardot provides performed on the main European celebrations of early music and provides documented for Opus 111 and Virgin Veritas. Bonnardot also directs the first music vocal outfit Obsidienne, which performs in two different configurations: as an all-male outfit of around ten performers to a more substantial mixed ensemble around 15 singers.
