French violinist and composer Émile Sauret was a kid prodigy who began his research in the conservatory in Strasbourg when he was 6 and started offering concerts at age eight. His educators included Charles de Bériot and Henri Vieuxtemps. Sauret became globally renowned in the 1870s, and his trips took him towards the main music capitals, including Vienna, Paris, and London. By 1890 he resolved in Britain and approved a professorship of violin in the Royal Academy of Music. Sauret’s profession extended for greater than a half hundred years, and he made up many items for violin and piano, mainly of the picturesque or sentimental character, aswell as cadenzas for concertos.
