Elliot Moss

New York-based singer/songwriter Elliot Moss makes downcast digital pop music which he primarily records and mixes by himself. His minimal agreements feature subtle creation tricks, occasionally venturing into more vigorous defeat patterns, and sometimes featuring gently distorted electric guitar. His lyrics frequently touch on designs of darkness and reduction, and his vocals possess earned evaluations to Justin Vernon, Adam Blake, and Thom Yorke. His self-produced debut record Highspeeds was released in 2014 on unbiased label Bad Upcoming, but was re-released the next calendar year by American label Grand Jury, Canadian label Dine By itself, and U.K. label Play It Once again Sam. Moss originally played single concerts, including shows on the CMJ and SXSW music celebrations, but eventually set up a five-piece music group for concert events. “Slide,” a monitor from Highspeeds, racked up almost 30 million has from on-line loading services. 2016 noticed the discharge of an individual, “With no Lights,” that was implemented in 2017 by “Closedloop.”
