Ellen De Lima


Awarded singer Ellen de Lima was extremely popular within the ’50s, but continuing to execute and record with the ’90s. She transferred to Rio at two and began as a vocalist at Rádio Mayrink Veiga within a newbie present in 1950. Four years afterwards, she was employed by the place for shows in Rio and São Paulo. She was among the initial artists employed by Columbia and released her initial record in 1954 using the samba-canção “Até Você” (Armando Nunes) as well as the fox “Melancolia” (Allain Romans, edition by Capitão Furtado).
