Elle King

Vocalist and songwriter (and occasional professional) Elle Ruler was created Tanner Elle Schneider in 1989 in LA, the little girl of London Ruler and Rob Schneider (the professional, comedian, and ex – cast person in Saturday Evening Live). She was raised in Ohio, and after hearing the all-girl pop-punk music group the Donnas when she was nine years of age, she chose she wished to be a vocalist and musician. By 13 she was playing electric guitar, and later discovered to try out the banjo aswell. King began road busking and gigging around NY at age 16, shifting to Philadelphia to wait the School of Arts, majoring in painting and film. After university she spent amount of time in Copenhagen and LA before time for NY to stay in Brooklyn. Putting your signature on to RCA Information, she released a debut four-song EP, The Elle Ruler EP, in 2012. In 2015, Ruler released her debut record, Love Stuff, offering the one “Ex’s & Oh’s,” which reached the very best of Billboard’s Choice Songs graph. In 2016, Ruler documented a duet with Dierks Bentley, “Different for women,” that made an appearance on his record Black. The monitor premiered as an individual and increased to number 1 on the united states Airplay graphs. The documenting was nominated to get a Grammy for Greatest Country Duo/Group Efficiency, and earned a Nation Music Association trophy for Greatest Vocal Event of the entire year.
