ELEL

Created in Nashville, Tennessee in 2013 in back of lead singer Ben Elkins, ELEL can be an indie pop group that amounts world music affects, vibrant arrangements, and a big membership with Elkins’ contemplative songwriting. They obtained a viral strike in 2014 using their debut solitary, “40 Watt,” and an archive deal with Mother + Pop Music. The track appeared around the ELEL EP in 2015 and gained the group an appearance in the 2016 Mike Birbiglia film DON’T BELIEVE Twice. Sporting the official lineup of Elkins, Tim Make (acoustic guitar), Stefan Forbus (saxophone), Jo Jo Jackson (bass), Alex Mojavariann (drums), Zach Tichenor (keyboards), and Fredrick Weathersby (trumpet), ELEL’s first full-length, Geode, found its way to October 2016.
