Elderbrook

Alexander Kotz began playing within an indie music group while he was only a teen. Later he place his guitar abilities to make use of as a vocalist/songwriter. When that didn’t gel, he attempted hip-hop before finally getting his market as an electric musician while learning in Bath, Britain. Thus Elderbrook was created. Combining a small amount of Alt-J’s weirdness and Disclosure’s groove-hook savvy, he obtained an underground strike using the Andhim remix of “JUST HOW MANY Instances,” from his first EP Simmer Down. Released in past due 2014 on Rudimental’s Dark Butter Information, it showcased Elderbrook’s audio with three tunes and a few remixes. He extracted noises from everyday living (ice breaking, voices, things dropping) and distorted them in to the vacuum of his music space, developing a zero-gravity atmosphere cut with deep beats. His second EP, Travel Sluggish, premiered in August 2015.
