Un Nino de Ronda, a flamenco singer from Ronda, Spain, was found and recorded by Alan Dark brown from the Canadian Broadcasting Company in 1955, as an illustration of flamenco that was even more authentic compared to the fare usually presented to vacationers. Accompanied just by guitarist Carretero, Nino documented material for Dark brown that finished up in the release THE TRUE Flamenco. It’s great from-the-gut flamenco, sparer in agreement than almost every other recordings from the design (also those through the period that also made an appearance in the Custom label), placing Nino’s searing, trembling tone of voice towards the forefront.
