El Médico de la Salsa

A Cuban medical college student turned tropical singer, Manuel González Hernández (better referred to as El Médico de la Salsa) produced his debut about the neighborhood music picture while taking part in the internationally acclaimed NG La Banda. In 1992, his first single album, entitled Aventura Loca, premiered by Caribe Productions and features his personal style, known as “salsa callejera” (metropolitan salsa) and lyrics embracing the reconciliation using the exiled community in the U.S. Em virtude de Mi Gente adopted in 1995, attaining one of the primary strikes in Cuban musical background with the music “La Bola.”
