Nashville-based Eef Barzelay may be the frontman for Clem Snide, an alt-country/indie band that issued a small number of records within the ’90s and 2000s, in addition to provided the theme music for the tv screen show Ed. Barzelay shaped the music group in 1991 and briefly disbanded it in 1994. Clem Snide regrouped a couple of years afterwards and released their initial record in 1998. The music group agreed upon on with main label Sire because of their second record, but was quickly lowered before getting a house with spinART. In 2006, Barzelay released Bitter Honey, a single record of sparse folk offering Barzelay’s tone of voice and classical guitar.
