Edward Gardner

Edward Gardner can be an British conductor. In his child years he was a chorister at Gloucester Cathedral, and he required lessons in clarinet, piano, and body organ. After graduating from the King’s College and Eton University, he went to the University or college of Cambridge like a choral scholar in the celebrated King’s University Choir. He created a pastime in performing at Eton and Cambridge, and pursued it in the Royal Academy of Music, where he analyzed under Colin Metters and graduated in 2000. He was the musical movie director from the Wokingham Choral Culture from 1997 to 2002. In the invitation of Michael Gielen, Gardner became a répétiteur in the Salzburg Event in 1999, and he also became helper conductor from the Hallé Orchestra, dealing with Tag Elder. From 2004 to 2007, Gardner was the music movie director of Glyndebourne on Tour. He gained the Young Musician prize from the Royal Philharmonic Culture in 2005, and the next season he was called the music movie director of the British National Opera, a posture he kept until 2015. He was called principal visitor conductor of the town of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra this year 2010, and primary guest conductor from the Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra in 2013. He provides documented for EMI Classics, Glyndebourne, and Chandos.
