After Michael Aston remaining Gene Loves Jezebel in 1989, he relocated to California and recruited guitarist Francois Perez, drummer Aaron Brooks, and bassist Morad for his new band, Edith Grove. The music group, who retain a detailed resemblance to Aston’s earlier music group, released a self-titled debut in 1993 on Avalanche Information.
