United kingdom DJ Eddie Richards (aka Wicked Eddie) has often been dubbed the “Godfather” of home music back his homeland. Motivated with the anything-goes early-’80s U.K. membership Heaven, Richards started DJing at another well-known membership of the period — Camden Palace, focusing on wide-ranging play lists (a thing that can be easily overlooked nowadays, but in the past, was virtually unusual). With the middle- to past due ’80s, he was among the initial DJs on earth to find and champion the brand new dance design home music, which shortly became something of the phenomenon in Britain. For nearly a decade (from 1990), Richards was the top of a favorite DJ booking company, DY-NA-MIX, scouting the picture and recruiting brand-new talent, even while carrying on to DJ in Uk clubs.
