A unusual participant who done many Sam Cooke saving classes, Hall is distinct in becoming adept at both bass and drums–a skill which, were he schizophrenic aswell, could have allowed him to dominate an entire tempo section. Manager Cooke’s penchant for sluggish tempos will need to have made the work easier, anyway.
