Ed Lincoln


Ed Lincoln built a reputation being a first-rate jazz bass in the first amount of bossa nova. Like a single artist, he devoted his discography and live shows before his personal group to dance music in a variety of designs. In the first ’60s, he documented the first single record, Ao Teu Ouvido (Helium), utilizing the name Ed Lincoln for the very first time. In 1963 he was in a vehicle accident and in the seven a few months that he previously to rest, he was changed at the top of his group with the youthful Eumir Deodato. The trumpeter Cláudio Roditi also became a member of his music group in 1968.
