Ed Kelly

Although he didn’t record plenty of over time, Ed Kelly was a famous name and a significant force in Oakland, California as well as the SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA Bay Area. He 1st performed piano in his father’s chapel in Tx and his root base had been in gospel music. After his parents transferred to Oakland when he was eight, Kelly became even more involved with jazz. In the first 2000s Kelly experienced a heart stroke that affected his capability to play; he passed away several years afterwards in Feb 2005 at age 69.
