The trip-hop/breakbeat group Active Syncopation includes DJs Jonny Cuba as well as the Loop Teacher, alongside MCs like Mass Influence, Juice Aleem and Yeshua da Poed. The group’s cinematic, metropolitan sound debuted with 1998’s Classified Paperwork EP on Ninja Melody, which they adopted with the bottom Zero single as well as the full-length Dynamism.
