Dwight Sills

Jazz/R&B guitarist Dwight Sills got his begin in Houston in the 1980s, using a jazz group known as Axis. Kirk Whalum helped him get yourself a agreement with Columbia Information, which released his debut record, Dwight Sills, in 1990; it produced the R&B graphs. A follow-up, 1992’s Second Blowing wind, was less effective, and Sills embarked on the career being a sideman, documenting or touring with Whalum, Anita Baker, Boney Adam, Rick Braun, Richard Elliot, Wayne Henderson & another Crusade, and Brenda Russell.
