Dusk + Blackdown

A dubstep duo from London who founded the label Keysound Recordings in 2005, Dusk + Blackdown produced their debut with some 12″ EPs before releasing their critically acclaimed full-length album debut in 2008. Made up of Dusk (created Dan Frampton) and Blackdown (Martin Clark), the maker/DJ duo produced its commercial documenting debut in 2005 with Drenched/Submerge, a 12″ EP self-released for the London-based label Keysound Recordings. Successive 12″ EP produces from the duo on Keysound consist of Lata (2006), Mantis (2006), The Pieces (2007), and Concentrate (2008). Dusk + Blackdown after that released their full-length record debut, Margins Music (2008), that was critically acclaimed and highlighted on many Albums of the entire year lists (e.g., The Cable). Furthermore to their creation result, Dusk + Blackdown may also be energetic dubstep DJs, executing mixes frequently on Wash FM.
