Dumonde

Biography

Using the success of the debut single “Tomorrow,” Germany’s Dumonde joined Europe’s later ’90s mounting mass embrace of trance culture. Developed by Jurgen Mutschall (Chaos Information handler and better referred to as DJ Jam X) and Dominik de Leon (aka De Leon), 1999’s “Tomorrow” strike Germany’s TOP and an astounding amount of main label trance compilations across the world. Dumonde’s cartoon synths and wantonly exalted feeling of drama continuing in remixes for Alice Deejay, Force, and Barthezz and their increasing DJ popularity, matched up by follow-up singles like “Start to see the Light” and “Hardly ever Look Back again,” produced them reasonably essential figures within the surroundings of mainstream German trance.
