Drown

Alterna-metallists Drown originally passed the moniker Yesterday’s Rip if they formed in 1987 in Long Beach, CA. After changing their name to Drown, the music group made it a place to incorporate all of the bandmember’s affects to their music, regardless of how assorted. Upon the dawn from the 90’s, Drown added consumer electronics to their audio, and by 1991, was a favorite hometown attract the rock night clubs. The music group was finally authorized in 1993 to Elektra/Asylum, who released their debut, RETAIN Hollow the next year (which presented the solitary/fan preferred “WHAT’S To Burn off”). After Drown finished a trips of the U.S. and Canada with White colored Zombie, Prong, while others, the music group decided to keep Elektra, whom the music group claims had been pressuring these to record even more commercial materials. With a fresh line-up (which with the late-90’s includes drummer Marco Forcone, guitarist Patrick Sprawl, bassist Sean E. Demott, and vocalist Lauren) and a fresh label (Slipdisc/Mercury) support the music group, Drown released their finest album yet, Item of the Two Faced Globe, in 1998.
