California’s Dropout certainly are a DJ/creation duo who help to make slick, dance-friendly pop and downtempo electronica. Created in Santa Barbara in 2014, Dropout originally started like a trio offering drummer/programmer/instrumentalist Ethan Davis, vocalist/programmer/instrumentalist Ray Nowak, and programmer/instrumentalist Selden Cummings.
