Drop City Yacht Club

California pop-rap trio Drop Town Yacht Membership loosely assembled in ’09 2009 when rapper A Wolf was introduced to manufacturer Kristo. Both worked together on the studio task that they originally called the Freshmen. Ultimately Kristo wished to concentrate even more on rapping and much less on production, therefore the duo extended to a trio using the addition of beatmaker THX, who acquired worked on monitors for Erykah Badu, E-40, Snoop Dogg, and various other big brands. The fully understood trio lay out on its musical objective of “selecting a middle surface between your Beastie Boys as well as the Seaside Boys,” focusing on monitors in the studio room that included both raunchy hip-hop designs and ideas of California’s sun-drenched pop background. The group, still called the Freshmen, started launching its music on the web, with monitors like “HEY ALL” being certified for film. In January of 2013 the group transformed its name officially to Drop Town Yacht Membership after signing for an offshoot of A&M Information. Drop Town Yacht Club’s first one, the infectious “Crickets,” highlighted a visitor appearance by crooner Jeremih and was along with a high-production video that changed the song right into a cheekily kitschy dating video game show.
