Down with Webster

Canadian rap-rock group Straight down with Webster made their major-label debut in ’09 2009 using the mini-album Time for you to Get, Vol. 1. Located in Toronto and founded when the bandmembers had been in junior senior high school, the seven-man music group was initially made up of Bucky (vocals), Cam (vocals), Kap (vocals), Pat (vocals, acoustic guitar), Tyler (bass, keyboards), Marty (drums), and Diggy (turntables). After creating themselves as a thrilling live music group on the indie music picture, Down with Webster had been offered a documenting contract with General Motown Information and quickly thereafter issued Time for you to Gain, Vol. 1, a seven-track mini-album that spawned the air hit “Affluent Women” (whose connect can be an interpolation from the 1970s blue-eyed spirit classic “Affluent Female” by Hall & Oates). Before the release of your time to Gain, Vol. 1, the music group joined this year’s 2009 Vans Warped Tour for some summertime schedules and afterwards toured with fellow General Motown Records documenting work Forever the Sickest Children in the fall. In 2011, Down with Webster announced that Kap got left the music group due to innovative differences. The one “She’s Dope,” through the band’s forthcoming Time for you to Gain, Vol. 2, premiered in-may of 2011.
