Donald Lambert

Donald Lambert rates in jazz background among the great unidentified stride pianists. In the past due ’20s, he was a high pianist appearing frequently at rent celebrations and night clubs in Harlem. Nevertheless, with the 1930s he chosen in which to stay NJ, playing in out-of-the-way night clubs. He documented four outstanding solos for Bluebird in 1941 where he strided several classical themes.
