Dominique Eade


Among the best up-and-coming jazz performers from the past due ’90s, Dominique Eade had a substantial amount of encounter before she ever recorded. The girl of the American Air Push official, she spent a lot of her years as a child moving around, surviving in different locations in European countries. Eade got piano lessons as a kid and determined that she would be a vocalist when she is at the second quality; she also performed guitar as an adolescent while living mainly in Germany. An British main at Vassar, Eade for a while sang inside a music group known as Naima that also included Joe McPhee. She shortly used in Berklee College and in addition attended the brand new Britain Conservatory of Music; Went Blake was among her even more significant teachers. She’s taught at the brand new Britain Conservatory since 1984 while functioning being a vocalist. Eade, who’s also a talented composer, documented two CDs for Accurate (1991 and 1994) that obtained some interest, and in 1997 documented her debut for RCA, a tribute to June Christy and Chris Connor.
