Dominion

An oddly rhythmic doom metallic music group from Dewsbury, Britain, Dominion were formed in 1990 consuming thrash and, initially, using the name Blasphemer, before ultimately coming to their own audio through the mid-’90s. At that time, vocalist Michele Richfield acquired joined up with Mass Firth and Arno Cagna (both electric guitar and vocals), Danny North (bass), and Costs Law (drums), producing a couple of unique-sounding albums for the Peaceville label in 1996’s User interface and 1997’s Blackout. At that time, rumor provides it that Peaceville recommended they consider dance music, prompting Dominion’s early dissolution rather, with Rules quickly resurfacing in loss of life/doomsters My Dying Bride-to-be and Richfield heading on to take part in ex-Anathema bassist Duncan Patterson’s Antimatter.
