Iowa-born club DJ Ra centered his nickname for the mystical Egyptian theology and the fact that he was reincarnated from a previous life in Egypt. Ra started rotating turntables in Miami Seaside before touring the U.S. nightclub circuit, and later on teamed up with DJ/remixer/maker David Knapp, mainly known for the White colored Party series. His consistently mixed 11-monitor record known as Circuit Classes, Vol. 10, released in Oct 2001, presented over one hour of experimentation with vocals and hardcore rhythms.
