DJ Nesty

DJ Nesty is a reggaetón maker closely connected with superstar duo Wisin & Yandel. Delivered Ernesto Padilla in Barranquitas, Puerto Rico, he started his recording profession as a co-employee of reggaetón hitmakers Luny Music through the early to middle-2000s. Also known basically as Nesty, he produced a name for himself aside from Luny Music with a set of strike singles in 2005: “Chulin Culin Chunfly” (by Voltio and Residente, the second option of Calle 13) and “Eso Ehh…!!” (Alexis & Fido). The next year, Nesty created songs for high-profile albums by Don Omar (Ruler of Kings, 2006) and Tego Calderón (The Underdog/Un Subestimado, 2006), like the strike solitary “Los Maté” from the latter. For this same period, Nesty began a detailed association with Wisin & Yandel, generating a lot of their recording Los Vaqueros (2006), like the strike singles “Pegao,” “Yo Te Quiero,” and “Nadie Como Tú.” In following years he continued to be closely connected with Wisin & Yandel, generating the majority of their recording Los Extraterrestres (2007), like the chart-topping strike solitary “Sexy Movimiento,” and La Mente Maestra (2008); he was co-billed on leading cover from the latter recording.
