DJ Marky

DJ Marky’s lifestyle changed when he was using in a São Paulo’s nightclub in 1998 and was spotted by Brian D. Seen as a stylist from the drum’n’bass, after long lasting too little viewers in Brazil he obtained success within the British scene, playing regular monthly at Pub Rumba in Piccadilly Circus and combining music live for radio. In 1999, British critics considered him “revelation of the entire year.” His Compact disc Workin’ the Blend (1999) included songs from E-Z Rollers and DJ Swift. He toured through Canada, Holland, Ireland, and Britain and opened up for Prodigy in the Close Up World event, playing for 20,000 people in-may 1999. In 2000, he released Sound Architecture (which offered 30,000 copies in European countries) and participated in Otto’s twice Compact disc Changez Tout. Graph success adopted in 2002, having a remix of “LK (Carolina Carol Bela)” (originally by Jorge Ben and Toquinho) striking the British graphs within a full-fledged drum’n’bass revival. During his globetrotting combining schedule, he documented an Essential Blend for the BBC in 2004, and released his personal work (combining and occasionally creation) on his connected Innerground imprint via produces In Rotation (2004), The Wizard (2006), The Expert Strategy (2007), and Makoto (2009). He in addition has released mix quantities together with 4hero (The Kings of Drum + Bass) as well as the long-running Fabric Information DJ series (Fabriclive.55).
