DJ Lottie

Referred to as Charlotte Horne in true to life, DJ Lottie was one of the primary female DJs to produce a real effect on the overdeveloped dance market within the U.K. She started her career through the early ’90s at night clubs within the northeast of Britain, but within several brief years was operating the decks at best venues for the reason that Mecca of dance, London. Regardless of the big smoke’s male-dominated DJ picture, Lottie quickly jumped in to the leading pack of record spinners — and her attempts were compensated in 2000 when she grabbed Muzik magazine’s exclusive Greatest New DJ Honor. She’s since performed at top night clubs around the world; from Australia towards the infamous Spanish party Isle of Ibiza. Though a lover of U.S. hip-hop mainly because an adolescent, Lottie is rolling out a status for playing acidity and tech-house units with a lot of vocals. Her initial launch was the blend compilation 7 Live LOTTIE (1999) including such underground home slashes as H-Foundation’s “Listen to Dis Sound,” the technique Men’s “Disko Biscuit,” DJ Sneak’s “The Tempo Slave.”
