Given birth to Chris Oroc, DJ Babu is definitely an associate of Dilated Peoples as well as the on-again/off-again DJ crew Defeat Junkies. The California-based DJ started making blend tapes in the first ’90s and became a member of the Defeat Junkies in 1994.
