Dixiana was a nation music group formed in 1986 by brothers Tag (bass/vocals) and Phil Lister (string tools/vocals), alongside keyboardist Randall Griffith and drummer Colonel Shuford. The group was planned to seem on Nashville Right now when they abruptly lost their unique lead singer; luckily, the Listers’ years as a child friend, Cindy Murphy, previously a member from the bluegrass Wooden Nickel Music group, agreed to become their major vocalist. The group authorized to Epic in 1992 and released their 1st self-titled recording, which included two Best 40 singles, “Waitin’ for the offer to DECREASE” and “That’s What I’m Focusing on Tonight.” Dixiana adopted up their debut using the Gospel Truth, an record of criteria. Phil and Tag Lister then released Common Gospel Instrumentals, and afterwards, Classic Nation Instrumentals. Both also caused the Nashville indie Crimson Horse as companies and A&R experts.
