Divinity

Divinity certainly are a technically proficient, melodic loss of life metal music group from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The group’s founding tandem of vocalist Sean Jenkins and guitarist Adam Duncan started jamming throughout their high-school years, playing their initial gig at an area “battle from the rings.” Once drummer Brett Duncan became a member of the fold many years afterwards, Divinity documented their 2002 EP, Intensify, after that added second guitarist Sacha Laskow and bassist Nick Foster to full their touring lineup. Intensive woodshedding implemented and by 2007 Divinity got an album’s worthy of of highly complicated material (reminiscent sometimes of Dark Tranquillity, Fantasy Movie theater, and Into Eternity, without the screeching), that they hammered into form for their initial, self-released full-length, Allegory, reissued twelve months afterwards by Nuclear Blast.
