Disbelief

German death steel music group Disbelief were shaped in 1991 by vocalist Karsten Jäger, guitarist Oliver Lenz, and drummer Markus Gnap, with guitarist/bassist Denis Musiol becoming involved time because of their first demo the next year. Two additional demonstration tapes preceded the group’s eponymous initial record in 1997, where period Musiol and Gnap have been changed by guitarist Tommy Fritsch, bassist Jochen Trunk, and drummer Kai Bergerin. A sophomore work entitled Infected implemented a year afterwards, and, following a brief pause to displace Fritsch with brand-new guitarist Jan-Dirk Löffler, Disbelief have scored a new documenting agreement with Massacre Information for the discharge of 2001’s Most severe Foe and 2002’s Stand out albums. Their 5th opus, Growing the Rage, came a year or two afterwards and, of take note, was given UNITED STATES distribution through Nuclear Blast — as was its 2005 successor, 66Sick, which also noticed Fritsch reinstated.
