Disappointment Incorporated formed in 1997 around newcomer vocalist Brian Melts away and a support music group of L.A. picture veterans — from Motors of Aggression, Celebrity 69 as well as the Big F. After becoming signed to Period Bomb, the group’s mixture of riff-rock and angular acoustic guitar display was initially displayed for the 1998 live EP Spoken Through the gains.
