Biography
A fresh, grubby big defeat act who filtration system influences from acidity home and old-school rap through breakbeat techno, Dirty Beatniks was formed by friends Neil Higgins and Rory Carille, who met in Dublin through the later-’80s glory times of acid home. After shifting to London in 1990, they added bassist/manufacturer Justin Underhill and produced their debut remixing for Cujo, Ruby, Akasha, and Marxman. After putting your signature on to Wall structure of Audio, London’s preferred beat-specific label, the trio documented the EP Bridging the Difference, after that their debut full-length One One Seven within the Shade for the 1996 release. Following a longer break and many personnel adjustments, Dirty Beatniks came back as (mainly) a duo of Higgins and participant Mau, previously the vocalist for Earthlings. They released Feedback in 2000. The one “Whores, Freaks, Saints and Angels” implemented in early 2001.
