Dillon

Merging singer/songwriter passion using the precision of digital music, Berlin’s Dillon — aka Dominique Dillon de Byington — started producing music when she was even now in her teens. She initial produced a name for herself when she submitted homemade performance movies on YouTube that obtained an online pursuing and ultimately resulted in her first display in Cologne in 2007. Following that, Dillon distributed the stage with Tocotronic and in addition performed on the Melt! Celebration. She after that released her debut EP, Ludwig, on Mixture Information in 2008, and in addition collaborated using the techno-pop group Coma in the Kitty-Yo digital one Aiming for Devastation, the title an eye on which was highlighted in the BPitch compilation Werkschau in 2011. On her behalf debut record, Dillon caused Thies Mynther of Phantom/Ghost and Tamer Fahri ?-zgönenc from the collective MIT. She and her manufacturers went in to the studio room regular from November 2010 to Apr 2011, providing them with time to keep carefully the freshness of Dillon’s demos in the ultimate shows. BPitch released This Silence Kills in November 2011.
