Longtime close friends John Hartford and brothers Doug and Rodney Dillard joined up with collectively, in the past due ’70s to generate one of nation music’s most eclectic rings, Dillard-Hartford-Dillard. The author of the 1967 strike, “Soft on My Brain,” made well-known by Glen Campbell, he previously finished a string of groundbreaking single albums which was capped by earning a Grammy along with his 1976 single outing, Tag Twang.
