Dilermando Pinheiro

Dilermando Pinheiro’s biggest strikes as interpreter were “Seu Libório” (João de Barro/Alberto Ribeiro) and “Risoleta” (Raul Marques/Moacir Bernardino). With Ciro Monteiro, he held the Dupla Onze on the Rádio Mayrink Veiga, having strikes with “Florisbela” (Nássara/Frazão), “Formosa” (Baden Powell/Vinícius de Moraes) ,and “Até Amanhã” (Noel Rosa). At 13, he began to play the pandeiro on the Armed forces Police music group. His later brand was copied in the friend Luís Barbosa, the hammering on the straw head wear while performing. In 1936, he debuted at Rádio Guanabara, accompanied by Tupi and Nacional. In 1939, he produced the Dupla Onze with Ciro Monteiro and performed on the Rádio Mayrink Veiga. Their initial album emerged in 1956, Sambas Perform Passado. Ostracized until 1965, for the reason that year it had been brought again towards the creative scene within a present staged by Sérgio Cabral and distributed to the previous partner Ciro Monteiro, Telecoteco Opus No. 1, that was also released as an archive. He documented an LP with trombonist Raul de Barros and seven various other albums.
