Santa Rosa, CA, punk revivalists Diesel Youngster (never to end up being confused with the techno DJ Dieselboy) shaped in 1993, saving their initial 7″ one in 1996 for Body fat Wreck Chords. The full-length Dick Rock premiered by Honest Don’s Barely Used Records afterwards that year, having a lineup of vocalist/guitarist Dave Lake, guitarist Justin Werth, bassist Greg Hensley, and drummer Mike Schaus. Second record Venus Envy implemented in 1997, and Schaus was changed by Geoff Lackey, previously of Shyster. This brand-new lineup issued Couch King Great in 1999. Rode Hard and SET ASIDE Wet implemented in early 2001 by using manufacturer Ryan Greene (NOFX, Lagwagon), because the Double Letter Rating divide with Divit made an appearance that Oct through Berkeley’s Coldfront Information.
