The proud recipients from the 2004 Grand Prix der Volksmusik, Pass away Ladiner, who frequently bill themselves as Pass away Superstars der Volksmusik, certainly are a German volksmusik duo from Val Gardena, Südtirol (South Tyrol). An autonomous province of Italy close to the Austrian boundary, Südtirol houses the Dolomite area from the Alps hill range as well as the Rhaeto-Romance vocabulary Landin (therefore the duo’s name).
