Destrage

A hard-charging, genre-juggling really difficult rock device based out of Milan, Italy Destrage uses a compelling mixture of melody-driven groove, mathematics, djent, and progressive steel that’s as technically impressive since it is highly cinematic. Founded in 2005, and offering the abilities of vocalist Paolo Colavolpe, drummer Federico Paulovich, bassist Gabriel Pignata, and guitarists Matteo Di Gioia and Ralph Guido Salati, the music group issued its initial full-length studio record, Urban Getting, in 2007 via Coroner Information. Destrage remained with the label for 2010’s The Ruler Is Unwanted fat ‘N’ Aged, but their more and more expanding profile ultimately caught the eye and ears of Steel Edge, who snatched the music group up in 2013. Are You Kidding Me? No., the group’s first outing for the label, slipped the following calendar year, and in 2016, they released their 4th studio room long-player, the ambitious A way to No End.
