Led by composer/arranger Frank Ferrer, the all-star salsa orchestra Descarga Boricua shaped in 1993, documenting their self-titled debut LP that summer season. Descarga Boricua II/Abratze, lower in NEW YORK, adopted in 1995; 3 years later on the group came back with Somos Uno.
