Merging funk, nu-jazz, dub, rock and roll, funk, and spirit, guitarist Jean Paul De Brabander, bassist Ben Van de Velde, and drummer David Van Belleghem created eclectic Belgian clothing Delavega in 2004. Called following the alter ego of masked outlaw Zorro, the music group recorded one recording, 2005’s Dropping Into Place, with Lize Accoe before recruiting Elke Bruyneel, a Flemish vocalist set alongside the loves of Beth Gibbons and Ella Fitzgerald, for 2007’s YOUR DAY After.
