Deitiphobia

Wally Shaw (vocals, keyboards, percussion) formed the Christian industrial band Donderfliegen in Austin, TX, with vocalist Simon O’Leary and drummer Brent Stackhouse. After O’Leary still left, Shaw and Stackhouse released the limited Digital Priests in 1990. A name transformation to Deitiphobia (to be able to even more clearly concentrate the spiritual message inherent within the group) precipitated the next year’s Concern with God. Because of well-known demand, Deitiphobia after that reworked their 1990 record and released Digital Priests, The Remixes in 1992. Stackhouse still left soon after, nevertheless, to operate in X-Propagation and Wigtop. Wally Shaw’s fiance, shortly to be Sheri Shaw (keyboards, vocals), became a member of as the spouse of Deitiphobia. Guitarist and percussionist Josh Plemons jumped aboard for 1994’s Clean, but Concern with the Digital Remix (1995) highlighted a fresh member: previous Sorrow of Seven guitarist Kevin 131. Wally spent some time working as Icon Tact, and Sheri also information as a single artist.
