Danish worldbeat trio Deepfried Toguma was shaped in 1995 by Copenhagen-based producers Frithjof Toksvig and Martin Lind in tandem with vocalist El Dub. Issuing their debut record Subtic a calendar year afterwards, the group gained the Copenhagen International Music Exposition Award; The HI-FI Partner implemented in 1999.
