Despite sporting a name that could just become more Irish if the “we'” were dotted using a shamrock, teenager pop singer Declan Galbraith is a local of a little village within a largely rural section of the state of Kent in southern Britain. The son of the Scots dad and an Irish mom whose own dad was a semi-professional musician in the Irish folk custom, Galbraith grew up within a musical home.
