Death of an Era

Based away of Columbus, Ohio, shape-shifting metalcore outfit Death of a time focus on a tech-heavy mixture of classic, breakdown-heavy riffing and electro-infused, cinematic post-hardcore which has attracted comparisons to rings like Whitechapel, Sworn In, and Provide Me the Horizon. Founded in ’09 2009 by vocalist Daniel Simpson, drummer Michael Cooper, bass participant Chris Cooper, and guitarists Nathan Stewart and Dustin Colling, most of whom had been in their teenagers at that time, the music group released their debut EP, Great Commonwealth, in 2013 via Artery Recordings/Razor & Connect. The group’s 1st studio long-player Dark Bagged arrived the next year.
