The Michigan-based Deadbeat Society mixes contemporary bluegrass with components of jazz, golf swing, blues and rock. The music group includes Colby Maddox (mandolin, fiddle), Roy Elder (bass), David Mosher (electric guitar) and Tim Farnham (banjo). The debut, Before We Arrive, made an appearance on Schoolkids’ Information.
